Front-man of a rock band, paid gigs in bars, television appearances, panto and musicals - long before Frontier Expeditions existed, he understood what it takes to keep people engaged, when to bring energy into a space, and when to let a moment breathe.

That background shapes every session he runs. Tabletop roleplaying, social deduction, and board game events for corporate teams and groups - run with the same attention to craft, energy, and storytelling he brought to the stage.

He is a Scouting Ireland leader with years of facilitation experience across all ages and contexts, and a Dungeon Master who runs campaigns for teenagers and adults alike. Every Frontier Expeditions session is run by Ruairi personally.

He started Frontier Expeditions because he kept seeing the same thing happen. Put a group of people inside a shared story - give them hidden roles, a problem to solve, or a world to navigate together - and something shifts. Professional distance dissolves. People who barely spoke before the session end up having the best conversation of their year.

Storytelling is the oldest way we humans have of creating genuine connection. Frontier Expeditions is a structured way of putting that to work.
